(首都体育学院，北京 100191) 摘 要：体教融合是体育强国建设、教育强国建设、健康中国建设的重要内容，是新时代体育部门和教育部门工作的重点，贯彻落实《关于深化体教融合促进青少年健康发展的意见》需深刻领会其内容。在认真学习该《意见》内容的基础上，梳理了体教融合的历史背景，总结了体教结合难的原因，并对《意见》内容进行逐条分析，提出了贯彻落实的建议。总体认为，《意见》的落实应该结合党的十九届五中全会精神，利用各地编制“十四五”规划契机，充分发挥党委的领导作用和政府的主导作用，加强统筹协调，不断完善政策制度体系，加快推进体育部门和教育部门青少年体育治理现代化，提升体教融合的治理能力，促进青少年健康发展。 |

(Capital University of Physical Education and Sports，Beijing 100191，China) Abstract: The integration of physical education and cultural education is the key content of building a powerful country both in physical education, cultural education and health which is also the main focus of all sport and edu-cation administrative departments in the new era, as well as deeply comprehending the content is the base of im-plementing the policy of deepening the integration of physical education and cultural education to promote the healthy development of the teenagers. Based on the careful study of the policy, this paper reviews the historical background of the integration of physical education and cultural education, summarizes the reasons for the difficulty of the integration of physical education and cultural education, gradually analyses the contents for that and proposes some definitive suggestions for implementation. In general, the implementation of the policy should be combined with the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, taking advantage of the opportunity of drawing up the Fourteenth Five Year Plan, giving full play to the leading role of the Party Committee and the government, strengthening overall coordination, constantly improving the policy system, accelerating the modernization of youth sports governance in physical education and educational administrative de-partments, and enhancing the governance ability of the integration of physical education and cultural education in order to promote the healthy development of the teenagers in China. |
