(1.上海体育学院 经济管理学院,上海 200438;2.山西师范大学 体育学院,山西 临汾 041000; 摘 要:在践行北京2022遗产战略计划的背景下,对英国体育志愿者培养计划的缘起、目标和实践经验进行探讨。研究认为坚持多元主体协同参与的运作模式、强调培养方式的灵活性与实效性、利用关键绩效指标实施评价与奖励是英国体育志愿者培养计划的成功经验。针对客观存在的反馈行为偏差和指标设定互动缺失等问题,提出对我国的启示:秉承可持续发展理念,制定全民健身志愿者培养计划;激发多元主体参与,提升志愿服务治理现代化水平;建立灵活高效的教育培养体系,实现全面协调发展;探索网络数据监测与绩效指标设定相结合的评价反馈新模式。 |

It holds that the successful experience of British sports volunteer training program is that adhering to the operation mode of collaborative par-ticipation with multiple subjects, emphasizing the flexibility and effectiveness of training methods, and imple-ment evaluation and reward by using key performance indicators. At the same time, aiming at the objective prob-lems such as the feedback behavior deviation and the lack of interaction in index setting, the study puts forward the enlight-enment as follows: adhering to the concept of sustainable development, and formulating training plan of na-tional fitness volunteers; stimulating the participation of diverse subjects, and improving the modernization level of vol-untary service governance; establishing a flexible and efficient education and training system to achieve com-pre-hensive and coordinated development; exploring a new evaluation and feedback model based on the combina-tion of network data monitoring and performance index setting. |
