(1.上海师范大学 体育学院,上海 200234;2.上海市体育局,上海 200041;3.山东师范大学 体育学院,山东 济南 250014) 摘 要:为解决学生喜欢武术而不喜欢体育课及学校开展武术散打运动的安全问题,推动校园武术散打的顺利开展,在“禁止重击”的思路下,对学校武术散打竞赛的“击中与判定标准”“技术犯规与侵人犯规”“犯规罚则”进行研究。研究通过实验等方法认为“禁止重击”的竞赛规则具有较高安全性与较好可操作性。学校开展的武术散打运动应该以“禁止重击”为指导纲领,采用击而寸止、触而控制的理念,使“击中”的判定注重进攻、防守和控制,弱化其击打的力量性要求,保障参赛学生的安全。 |

(1.School of Physical Education,Shanghai Normal University,Shanghai 200234,China;2.General Administration of Sport of Shanghai,Shanghai 200041,China;3.School of Physical Education,Shandong Normal University,Jinan 250014,China) Abstract: In order to resolve the “safety concern” about schools developing Wushu Sanda, and to boost the smooth development of campus Wushu Sanda, the authors studied “hits and judgment criteria”, “technical fouls and per-sonal fouls” and “foul penalties” in school Wushu Sanda competition by applying research methods such as litera-ture data, expert interview and experiment, and concluded that “no thump” as a competition rule has a high degree of safety and good operability. Schools developing Wushu Sanda should base the guiding outline on “no thump”, adopt the idea of controlled hitting and touching, let “hits” be determined by offense, defense and control, and weaken their requirement for hitting power, so as to assure the safety of competition participating students. |
