| （湖南涉外经济学院 体育学院，湖南 长沙 410205） 摘 要：提出并分析体育在人生不同阶段的约束性，讨论他律体育与自律体育的关系。审视我国他律体育与自律体育的现实状况，认为我国有较强的他律体育，但自律体育较弱，并认为传统文化的弊端和应试教育的负面影响是造成这一现状的主要原因；要想提升我国自律体育的水平，需要学校体育重视养成教育；在体育养成教育实施过程中，其教育手段也有他律与自律之分，教师应该有针对性、灵活地予以运用。 |

| （School of Physical Education，Hunan International Economics University，Changsha 410205，China) Abstract: The author put forward and analyzed sports constraints at different stages of life, discussed the relationship be-tween heteronomous sport and autonomous sport, examined the realistic situation of heteronomous sport and autonomous sport in China, and put forward the following opinions: China has stronger heteronomous sport, but weaker autonomous sport; the drawbacks of traditional culture and the negative effects of exam-oriented education are main causes for such a situation; if China wants to raise the level of its autonomous sport, it needs school physical education to value nurturance education; in the process of implementation of sports nurturance education, its education means include heteronomous means and autonomous means, teachers should apply them in an action specific and flexible way. |
