The author hoped to realize the optimized con-figuration of resources and to promote the formation of an integrated sports development situation in a wider geo-graphic range by implementing system intervention in such dimensions as sports development space organization, sports public service system, trans-regional management organizational structure and industrial promotion under the background of the formation of the Peal River Delta metropolitan region. |
