中美体育教育专业教育实习的比较

摘      要：采用定性和定量分析方法，对中美体育教育专业的教学实习作个案的差异性分析。研究结果表明：两国教学实习在教学环境、教学指导、指导教师确定等方面存在显著差异，反映出两国教学实习的独特性和文化环境的重要性。中国实习学生担任班主任给其提供了更多的经验，帮助他们在社会职业层面上积极融入学校生活、学习环境。开设的专选以及对运动技能的多方面要求，为中国的实习学生作了良好技术和心理准备。而多门课程中设计的各种实践环节，则给美国实习学生在实习前提供了足够的经验，对理论以及教育学知识的重视为美国的实习学生做好了准备。

Abstract: By applying qualitative and quantitative analytical methods, the authors analyzed differences in teaching practice for the physical education specialty in China and the United States, and revealed the following findings: there is a significant difference in teaching practice in these two countries in such aspects as teaching environment, teaching guidance and adviser determination, which reflects the uniqueness of teaching practice in these two coun-tries and the importance of cultural environment; class instructors provide Chinese interns with more experiences, helping them actively fit in school life and learning environments in terms of social occupation; multi-aspect re-quirements of specialized courses opened and sports skills provide Chinese interns with good technical and psycho-logical preparations, while various practice processes designed in multiple courses provide US interns with suffi-cient experiences before practicing; valuing theories and pedagogical knowledge has made preparations for US in-terns.
