| （韩山师范学院 体育系，广东 潮州 521041） 摘 要：对广东省6城市的商业型体育健身俱乐部从业人员的职业认同、价值取向和道德法律意识进行研究，结果显示：商业型体育健身俱乐部从业人员的职业认同与性别、年龄、学历和就业年限有关，职业认同程度总体不高；在利益观上反映了不同的价值取向，但都重视健康，抱着积极的生活态度；道德、诚信和纳税意识普遍较强，但维权意识较弱。 |

| （Department of Physical Education，Hanshan Normal University，Chaozhou 521041，China） Abstract: By using such research methods as literature retrieval and questionnaire survey, the authors studied the career recognition, value orientation as well as ethical and legal awareness of professionals working for commercial type sports fitness clubs in 6 cities in Guangdong province, and revealed the following findings: the career recogni-tion of professionals working for commercial type sports fitness clubs is related to genders, ages, educational back-grounds and employment years, and the degree of their career recognition is not high in general; in terms of interest view they reflected different value orientations, but they all regarded health highly and had a positive life attitude; their ethical, good faith and tax paying awareness is generally strong, but their right protecting awareness is rela-tively weak. |
