| （南京师范大学 体育科学学院，江苏 南京 210097） 摘 要：从学习型组织的内涵出发，首先分析了我国优秀运动队构建学习型组织的必要性，认为优秀运动队管理走向学习型组织是竞技体育发展的需要；是当前优秀运动队管理改革的诉求。然后对构建的可能性进行了阐述，认为优秀运动队管理具备走向学习型组织的基础条件，在学习方面与组织结构上存在着相当大的契合性。最后提出了构建学习型组织的3点建议：第一，构建过程中要掌握修炼的进阶；第二，要促成优秀运动队领导者角色的改变；第三，要加强教练员培训并注重实践。 |

| （School of Physical Education，Nanjing Normal University，Nanjing 210097，China） Abstract: From the perspective of the connotation of learning type organization, the authors first analyzed the ne-cessity for excellent sports teams in China to establish a learning type organization, considered that excellent sports team management getting on the track of learning type organization is the need of competitive sport development, and the requirement of current excellent sports team management reform, then expatiated on the feasibility of estab-lishment, considered that excellent sports team management has been provided with the basic conditions for estab-lishing a learning type organization, and that both match with each other quite well in terms of learning and organ-izational structure, and lastly put forward three suggestions for establish a learning type organization: 1) we should control the progress of refinement in the process of establishment; 2) we should boost the change of the role of ex-cellent sports team leaders; 3) we should strengthen coach training and focus on practice. |
