(清华大学 体育部,北京 100084) 摘 要:通过介绍德国体育师资培养的相关理论和培养过程,并比较德国科隆体育学院和北京体育大学相关专业课程的设置,对中德两国体育师资培养进行具体的比较研究,指出两国在体育师资培养方面,即在对体育教师素质要求和“三阶段培养体系”等方面具有共同点,也存在对专业理论课程、教育科学课程和实习阶段重视程度不同的差异,进而对造成差异的因素进行分析,认为造成这些差异的原因包括两国社会经济条件、文化教育传统、体育发展程度和对体育教师职业认识等方面。 |

(Department of Physical Education,Tsinghua University,Beijing 100084,China) Abstract: By introducing related theories and process of physical education teacher cultivation in Germany, and by comparing related specialized curriculums set up by German Cologne Institute of Physical Education and Beijing University of Physical Education, the author made a specific comparative study of physical education teacher culti-vation in China and Germany, pointed out that the two countries have something in common in physical education teacher cultivation, namely, capacity requirements for physical education teachers and “three-stage cultivation sys-tem”, and something different in specialized theoretical curriculum, education science curriculum and the degree of recognition of the practice stage, then analyzed factors that cause the differences, and concluded that the causes for these differences include such factors as social economic conditions, cultural education tradition, degree of sports development, and recognition of the career of physical education teachers, of the two countries. |
