高职体育“岗位主导”教学模式探析

摘      要：传统的学校体育教学模式已不能适应社会对人才体能胜任力的要求。结合高职教育自身特点，构建具有职业体育能力、适应于社会的“岗位主导”体育教学新模式，并就其指导思想、内涵特征、内容形式等进行了探讨。

Abstract: Traditional scholastic physical education teaching mode can no long meet the requirements of the society for talent’s physical stamina competence. The author established a “post oriented” new physical education teaching mode provided with occupational physical education capacity and meeting social needs, and carried out a helpful discussion on its guiding ideology, connotation characteristics and content forms.
