湖南高校体育教师危机感调查分析

摘      要：对湖南省高校121名体育教师危机感进行了调查分析。结果表明：湖南高校体育教师的危机感主要来自工作环境、事业、家庭、经济、安全等因素。建议减轻高校体育教师工作压力，提高其生活待遇，为其创建良好工作环境，建立科学、合理、客观、公正的评价机制；并让他们习得应对应激的策略。

Abstract: The authors surveyed and analyzed the sense of crisis of 121 physical education teachers in institutes of higher learning in Hunan, revealed the following findings: the sense of crisis of physical education teachers in insti-tutes of higher learning in Hunan mainly come from such factors as work environment, career, family, economy and security, and offered the following suggestions: reduce the work pressure of physical education teachers in institutes of higher learning; enhance their living conditions; create a nice work environment for them; establish a scientific, rational, objective, and fair evaluation mechanism; enable them to learn about strategies for dealing with stresses.
