甘肃省残疾人体育活动的制约因素与发展对策

摘要：通过对甘肃省残疾人体育活动的现状进行分析，得出影响城乡残疾人开展群众体育活动的主要因素有自身因素、经济因素、社会因素、情感因素、受教育因素及参加体育活动的意愿因素，针对这些主要因素，提出相应的发展对策。

The restrictive factors of sports of the disabled in Gansu and countermeasures

Abstract: By analyzing the current condition of Gansu disabled mars sports,this paper finds out that the inner factor,economic factor,social factor,emotional factor and willingness to participate in the sports are all key factors to restrict the implementation of disabled mass sports. The writer then puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions according to these factors.
