Trust crisis has seriously affected the development of China Professional Soccer League Games. Trust crisis in China Professional Soccer Games shows mainly in the following aspects: The loss of authority of referees; sharp decrement of sponsoring funds,abortion of local soccer lottery, mutual suspects between the clubs and the lack of audiences. The authors offered the following suggestions: The punishment on trust violators should be reinforced; the act of governmental participation should be standardized; steady and clear enough property right system should be established; legal system should be perfected; public supervision should be strengthened; a professional soccer league should be established.
