2003年全国青少年艺术体操锦标赛跳跃、平衡类动作技术分析

摘要：对现阶段我国艺术体操后备人才的身体技术水平进行分 析，结果表明：我国艺术体操后备人才的跳跃类身体难度动作完成质量相对较好，但缺乏对 高难度动作的挑战，难度动作主要集中在中、低组水平；平衡类身体难度动作完成的成功率 普遍偏低，其难度动作主要集中在低难度组水平，且完成质量较差，并主要表现在停顿时间 不充分和动作欠稳定两个方面；在动作编排上，内容趋于单一，缺少多样化。

Abstract: The authors analyzed the physical and technical levels of backup talents of artistic gymnastics in our country in present stage, and revealed the following findings: The backup talents of artistic gymnastics in our country performed relatively well in difficulty movements in jump and balance categories,however,they were lack of challenge for high difficulty movements,and the difficulty movements they performed were mainly those at the level of medium and low difficulty groups; their success rate of finishing difficulty movements in balance category was commonly on the low side,the difficulty movements they performed were mainly those at the level of low difficulty group,and they had a relatively poor performance in those movements,which showed mainly in the two aspects below: inadequate pause time and lack of steadiness in the movements;in respect of movement arrangement,the contents were prone to simplicity and lack of diversity.
