(华东师范大学 体育与健康学院,上海 200062) 摘要:元认知是一种高级的认知,通常被定义为对认知的认知。在我国,为了适应“素质教育”的目标要求,“教学生会学习”势在必行,越来越多的认知心理学家开始注意认知主体对自身认知活动的计划、监控、评价和调节,重视元认知研究。体育心理学者也由动作技能的外部控制研究转向了内部控制、调节等认知因素的研究。对元认知的理论及相关研究进行了初步的分析,旨在为体育教师寻找一条省时省力、高质高效的教学途径,重视培养学生有意识地了解自己的学习状态和学习能力,提高学生的元认知能力,因材施教,以提高学生的体育学习效率。 关键词:元认知;心理学;体育教学 中图分类号: G80 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1006-7116(2003)03-0127-04 |

In order to fit the demands of Quality education, it is necessary to make students study actively in our country. More and more cognition psychologists begin to realize the effects of main body on cognition of oneself,such as planed, supervisory, assessed and adjusted functions, and attach importance to meta-cognition research. Sports psychologists also change their motor research from extra-controlling to intra-controlling, adjusting of cognition factors.The aim of this paper is to look for an efficient teaching way for physical education teachers through primary analysis of meta-cognition theory and correlative researches. In order to improve the study efficiency of physical education,it is important to enhance students' ability of meta-cognition, make students realize studying condition and studying ability of their own.
