体育原理课程内容的创新

摘要：简述了《体育原理导论》内容上存在的观点鲜明但综合不够、结构较宽但论述偏窄的主要问题，在树立以追求身心健康、提高生活质量为体育主旨的基本理念下，对体育原理框架进行了创新性设计，对其内容进行广泛性充实和补充。

Abstract: There is primary question in the guide theory of physical education and sport principle, for example, the point of view is unique, but the integration for different viewpoint is not good; the frame is wide, but the discussion is narrow.After introducing the new idea that seeking for body and mind health and improving life quality has been main keystone of physical education and sport,this article provided a new frame for the physical education and sport principle curriculum.
