(扬州教育学院 体育系,江苏 扬州 225002) 摘要:为了研究运动训练对机体T淋巴细胞亚群的影响,对大鼠进行为期8周的不同负荷运动训练,测定外周血液中CD3+、CD4+和CD8+T淋巴细胞的数量。实验结果:运动训练后,CD3+T淋巴细胞在各组之间无显著性差异;1h训练组中,CD4+T淋巴细胞显著高于对照组,CD8+T淋巴细胞与对照组相比虽有下降,但无显著性差异,从而使CD4+/CD8+显著高于对照组。在力竭性训练组中,CD4+细胞显著低于1h训练组,而与对照组相比有下降趋势,但无显著性差异;而CD8+细胞显著高于1h训练组和对照组,从而使CD4+/CD8+显著低于1h训练组和对照组。结果表明,适当的运动训练可以提高机体的免疫功能,而长期罗竭性运动训练可导致机体免疫功能的抑制。 关键词:大鼠;运动训练;免疫系统;T淋巴细胞亚群 中图分类号:G804.22 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1006-7116(2001)05-0079-02 |

The results: After exercise training, CD3+ T-lymphocytes were no significance among the three groups. In 1 h training group, CD4+ cells were higher than those in control group significantly.
