(宁波大学 科技学院,浙江 宁波 315211) 摘要:自我效能影响大学生体育学习的任务选择、努力程度以及坚持性。大学生体育学习自我效能低下有社会环境、学生构成和学科特征3个主要原因。提高其自我效能可以遵循如下三个途径十一个环节:1、行为的成败经验(运用优势策略、遵循补强法则、实施成功教育、进行科学归因、满足尊重需求);2、替代性经验(教师示范作用、同学激励作用、自我发现作用);3、情绪和生理状态(和谐教育策略、弘扬比慢精神、自然陶冶功能)。 关键词:大学生;体育学习;自我效能培养 中图分类号:G807.4 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1006-7116(2001)04-0106-03 |

Why the self-fficiency is poor mainly dues to three reasons: social environment, students and features of this course.
