摘 要：运用历史学与体育学交叉研究方法，探讨戚继光武学思想的生成逻辑、核心要义及时代价值。研究认为：抗倭御虏战争催生的军事革新需求构成历史动因、军旅实践与传统武术的批判性吸收形成经验基础、兵学理论与宋明理学的深度融合确立哲学根基是戚继光武学思想的生成逻辑。核心要义体现为4大维度：构建“分层施训与科学组训”的体系化训练模式；确立“去伪存真与以战验招”的实战化技术标准；创建“长短相依与器为人用”的协同化器械理念；形成“由术至心与以德御武”的身心并铸范式。具体到当下，其体系分层思想可破解武术传承断裂困境；客观求真原则可调和“花法”与“技击”的功能定位；协同发展观能突破拳械分习壁垒；体用兼备理念可为现代武德建设提供历史参照。希冀通过戚继光武学思想的历史分析与现实观照双重视角，为传统武学思想的创造性转化提供理论依据与实践路径。

Generating logic, core essence, and times’ value of martial arts thought for Qi Jiguang

Abstract: This article uses the interdisciplinary research method of history and sports to systematically sort out the generating logic of Qi Jiguang's martial arts thought: the demand for military reform arising from the Anti-Japanese War constitutes the historical driving force, the critical absorption of military practice and traditional martial arts forms the experiential foundation, and the deep integration of military theory and Song Ming Neo Confucianism establishes the philosophical foundation. The core essence is reflected by four dimensions: constructing a systematic training model of "layered training and scientific group training", establishing practical technical standards of "eliminating falsehood and retaining truth and testing skills through battle", creating a collaborative tool concept of "long and short dependence and tool for human use", and forming a body and mind paradigm of "from technique to heart and using virtue to govern martial arts". Specifically, its hierarchical thinking of system can solve the dilemma of the inheritance of martial arts, the objective principle of seeking truth can reconcile the functional positioning of "flower techniques" and "martial arts", the concept of collaborative development can break through the barrier of martial arts and equipment differentiation, and the concept of combining physical and practical skills can provide historical reference for the construction of modern martial arts ethics. It is hoped that through the dual perspective of historical analysis and practical observation from Qi Jiguang’s marital arts, provides theoretic basis and practical paths for creative transformation of traditional martial arts though.
