摘 要:体育游戏促进儿童生命发展,幼儿园教师需具备一定的儿童体育游戏创编能力。研究以S省X幼专学校中3个20级学前教育专业平行班为研究对象,通过3轮行动建构出了一个由体验学习之明线与观察学习之暗线共同组成的教学模型。其中明线以儿童发展为驱动力、合作学习为形式、理论与实践相结合为目标、行动反思为路径、生活经验与情境为拓展,促进学前教育师范生提高体育素养;暗线中学前教育师范生耳濡目染教师教育者的言行举止,替代学习以促进专业可持续发展。教学模型的应用与推广能够实现学前儿童教育、教师教育与体育事业的共同发展,依赖教师教育者、高校体育教师以及幼儿园教师的三方合作。

Action research: How to guide preschool education normal students to
create children's sports games

Abstract: Sports games promote children's holistic development, and kindergarten teachers need to have some certain abilities to create children's sports games. This study takes three parallel classes of Prechool Education majors (Class of 2020) at X Preschool Education College in S province as research subjects, and through three rounds of action constructs a teaching model commonly composed of the explicit line of experiential learning and an implicit line of observational learning. In this model, the explicit line takes children's development as the driving force, cooperative learning as the form, the combination of theory and practice as the goal, action reflection as the path, and life experience and situations as the expansion, to promote the improvement of physical education literacy of preschool education normal students. In the implicit line, preschool education normal students are influenced by the words and deeds of teacher-educators, and alternative learning is used to promote sustainable professional development. The application and promotion of this teaching model can facilitate the mutual development of early childhood education teacher-educators, teacher education and sports cause, through the cooperation of three parties, college physical education teachers, and kindergarten teachers.
