摘 要:运用文献资料、逻辑分析、个案分析等方法,对新时代我国卓越体育教师的角色内涵与培养路径进行研究。研究认为:基于道德情操、教育教学、时代特征、国家特色4个维度,新时代我国卓越体育教师是躬耕学校体育事业的示范者,是教学技能精湛的体育教育传道者,是求是创新的体育教师领航者,是弘扬中华体育精神的传承者。培养新时代我国卓越体育教师需要在宏观层面坚定价值信念,塑造卓越品质;中观层面健全培养模式,打造职前-职后全链条培养范式;微观层面加强数智赋能,以数字化教学促教师培养;加强全面保障,完善评价机制,构建“主体—过程—反馈”闭环。

Role connotation and cultivation path of Chinese excellent physical education teacher in new era

Abstract: Using the methods of literature, logical analysis and case analysis, this paper studies the role connotation and cultivation path of Chinese excellent physical education teachers in the new era. The results show that based on the four dimensions of moral sentiment, education and teaching, characteristics of the times, and national characteristics, Chinese excellent physical education teachers in the new era are the model of cultivating school physical education career, are preacher for physical education with excellent teaching skills, are navigator of physical education teacher seeking truth and innovation, and also are inheritor carrying forward Chinese sports spirit. Its cultivation path of Chinese excellent physical education teacher in the new era can be summarized as hold onto value beliefs and strengthen exemplary guidance at the macro level; at the mesoscopic level, improving the cultivation model, and creating a full-chain cultivation paradigm from pre-service to post-service; at the micro level, strengthening digital and intelligent empowerment and promoting teacher cultivation through digital teaching; and enhancing comprehensive guarantee, improving the evaluation mechanism, and then building a closed loop with "subject - process - feedback".
