摘 要:学校体育高质量发展是建设教育强国、体育强国和健康中国的重要战略支撑。研究从历史逻辑(奠基期、发展期、提质期的演进脉络)、理论逻辑(军国民体育、生物体育、快乐体育、健康体育、幸福体育的思想嬗变)和实践逻辑(目标引领、路径支撑、保障夯实的育人体系)3个维度,系统阐释了学校体育高质量发展的历史渊源与时代要求。在此基础上,通过辩证分析,前瞻性地探讨了学校体育高质量发展愿景引领与现实张力的平衡、多元主体诉求的协调、技术赋能与人文精神的融合、短期突破与长效发展的统一等关键议题,为新时代学校体育实现更高质量、更有效率、更加公平、更可持续发展提供了理论依据和实践路径。

The triple logic and future vision of high-quality development in
school physical education

Abstract: The high-quality development of school physical education serves as a crucial strategic pillar for buildingChinainto a leading educational, sporting, and healthy nation. This study systematically examines the historical roots and contemporary demands of advancing school physical education through three dimensions including historical logic (tracing its evolution across foundational, developmental, and quality-enhancement phases), theoretical logic (documenting conceptual shifts from militarized and biological approaches to joyful, health-oriented, and well-being-focused paradigms), and practical logic (constructing an educational framework guided by objectives, supported by pathways, and reinforced by safeguards). Based on those mentioned above and through dialectical analysis, the research prospectively discusses several key challenges in the high-quality development of school physical education including balancing visionary goals with practical constraints, coordinating multi-stakeholder interests, integrating technological empowerment with humanistic values, and unifying short-term breakthroughs with long-term development. And these findings also provide both theoretical foundations and practicable approaches for achieving a higher quality and more efficient, equitable, and sustainable development of school physical education in the new era.
