摘 要:聚焦“身心一统”这一德育根基性理念,剖析当下高校课程思政教育中身心分离、体知与思知失衡、身体与德性断联等堵点。针对高校体育思政育人理念不清晰、武术学科育人特质界定模糊等现状,通过全面阐释武术技艺中蕴含的源道德经验,以及武术技艺传习进程中道德培育依循的特定进阶路径,揭示武术课程思政所特有的身体范式。基于此,最后提出“以身立德”的高校武术课程思政育人理念与策略,即通过知行合一着重培育学生“重身重行”的实干精神,使学生将知识与实践紧密结合;身心一如致力于青年学子全面和谐人格的养成,在武术传习中实现身心平衡发展;以身喻国强调同构学生个体之身体与国家之身体,以增强学生的家国情怀与在民族复兴进程中的使命感。

Integration of body and mind: Research on the foundation and implementation strategy of ideological and political education in Wushu curriculum

Abstract: Focusing on the fundamental concept of "the unity of body and mind" in moral education, this paper deeply analyzes the current obstacles in ideological and political education in college courses, such as the separation of body and mind, the imbalance between physical knowledge and intellectual knowledge, and the disconnection between the body and moralityIn view of the unclear concept of ideological and political education in college physical education and the ambiguous definition of the educational characteristics of Wushu discipline, through comprehensively expounding the original moral experience contained in martial arts techniques and the advanced path followed by moral cultivation in the process of Wushu techniques inheritance and learning, thereby revealing the unique body paradigm of ideological and political education in Wushu curriculum. Based on this, this study finally puts forward the educational concept and strategy of ideological and political education in college Wushu curriculum of "establishing morality by the body": that is, by integrating knowledge and action, it focuses on cultivating students' practical spirit of "valuing the body and action", enabling college students to closely combine knowledge and practice; the unity of body and mind is committed to the cultivation of a comprehensive and harmonious personality of young college students and achieving balanced development of body and mind in the process of Wushu practice; establishing a metaphor of the country by the body emphasizes the isomorphism of the individual body of college students and the national body to enhance college students' feelings of home and country and the sense of mission in the process of national rejuvenation.
