摘 要:教育家精神为新时代我国高素质专业化教师队伍建设提供了重要指引,也为高校体育教育专业高质量发展指明了方向。教育家精神从政治品格、道德人格、核心能力、职业态度、职业素养以及格局视野6个维度,对体育教育专业人才培养提出了全新的要求。在其引领下,高校体育教育专业建设应聚焦优化培养目标,完善毕业要求,并构建分类型、层次化的课程体系。教育教学方式的改革要立足促进学生成长成材,围绕“三强化”目标,推动课内外一体化教育教学模式的构建与实施。同时,高校体育专业教师应注重涵养教育家精神,将其内化为教育教学实践的核心动力,通过课程教学这一关键环节,贯穿人才培养的全流程,真正实现教育家精神在体育教育专业建设中的深度融入。

Guiding the high-quality development of university physical education major through the educators’ spirit

Abstract: The educators’ spirit offers crucial guidance for building a high-quality, professional teaching workforce in the new era and also provides a clear direction for advancing university physical education major. This spirit encompassing six key dimensions such as political integrity, moral character, core competencies, professional attitude, professional skills, and broad vision, points out the new benchmarks for talent cultivation in physical education major. Under its guidance, universities should focus on refining training objectives, enhancing graduation criteria, and developing a diversified, tiered curriculum system. Educational and teaching reforms must prioritize holistic student growth, centered on the "three enhancements" strategy, to promote an integrated in-class and extracurricular teaching model. Simultaneously, college teachers in physical education major must actively cultivate the educators’ spirit, embedding it as a driving force in their teaching practices. And also using course instruction as a pivotal mechanism, this spirit can permeate all stages of talent development, ensuring its profound and lasting integration into the high-quality development of physical education major.
