摘 要：高校公共体育课程中出现的无法准确评价学生能力水平的分数膨胀现象，成为损害 课程育人质量的重要原因之一。研究认为，分数膨胀现象在高校公共体育课程中主要表现为课程 评价体系形式化、课程学习体验失真化与课程育人能力薄弱化。高校公共体育课程的分数膨胀现 象主要由学术环境裹挟、主体认知偏差与策略行为选择三重维度共同作用。应通过优化高校体育教 学管理制度以加强学术环境治理，塑造正向体育教与学价值观以引导主体认知归正，完善体育课 程双向评价体系以实施评价行为规制，从而消解分数膨胀现象以保障高校公共体育课程育人质量。

The generation and elimination of grade inflation in public physical education courses at college and university

Abstract: The phenomenon of "grade inflation" in public physical education programs in colleges and universities, in which scores fail to accurately evaluate students' ability levels, has become one of the most important reasons for undermining the quality of the programs' nurturing. It is found that the phenomenon of grade inflation in public physical education courses in colleges and universities is mainly characterized by the formalization of the course evaluation system, the distortion of the course learning experience, and the weakening of the nurturing capacity of the courses. It is believed that the phenomenon of grade inflation in public physical education courses in colleges and universities is caused by the three dimensions of academic environment, subject cognitive bias, and strategic behavioral choices, which should optimize the university sports teaching management system to strengthen the academic environment, shaping positive sports teaching and learning values to guide the subject's cognition, and improving the two-way evaluation system of sports courses to implement the evaluation behavior regulation, so as to dissolve the phenomenon of grade inflation for guaranteeing the education quality of public sports courses.
