(1.苏州大学 体育学院,江苏 苏州 215021;2.湖南城市学院 体育学院,湖南 益阳 413000) 摘 要:学校深化体教融合与青少年身体素养培育均有着相同的实施主体、实施对象、实施 媒介与实施目标;学校深化体教融合为青少年身体素养培育提供关键保障,培育青少年身体素养 则为学校深化体教融合提供具体目标。研究认为,学校深化体教融合视域下的青少年身体素养培 育,要以游戏化教学创设沉浸式课堂情境,提高学生身体活动控制能力;以预设性教学形成赛事 化课堂氛围,建立学生身体活动动机信心;以深度化教学构建体验式学习模式,增强学生身体活 动知识理解;以戏剧性教学培养生活化体育习惯,内化学生身体活动终身意识。同时,还要完善 体教融合相关政策,畅通学生身体素养培育壁垒;以身体素养为核心理念,深入推进学校体育教 学改革;研制身体素养评价体系,动态监管学生身体素养水平;构建多元主体治理格局,优化身 体素养资源供给方式。 关 键 词:学校体育;体教融合;身体素养;健康促进;青少年 中图分类号:G807 文献标志码:A 文章编号:1006-7116(2022)03-0089-07 |

The study holds that under the perspective of school deepening the integration of physical education and cultural education, the cultivation of adolescent physical literacy should use game teaching to create immersive classroom situations to improve students' physical activity control ability; to form an event-based classroom atmosphere with preset teaching, to establish students' confidence in physical activity motivation; to build an experiential learning model with in-depth teaching to enhance students' understanding of physical activity knowledge; to cultivate life-like sports habits with dramatic teaching, and to internalize students' lifelong awareness of physical activity. At the same time, it is also necessary to improve the relevant policies for the integration of sports and education, so as to smooth the barriers to the cultivation of students' physical literacy; taking physical literacy as the core concept to further promote the reform of school physical education; developing the physical literacy evaluation system to dynamically supervise students' physical literacy level; building a multi-subject governance pattern and optimizing the supply of physical literacy resources.
