(华东师范大学 体育与健康学院,上海 200241) 摘 要:遵循在传统中阐释原因及在重构中展开方法的逻辑思路,对我国体育教育实习教师 表现性评价范式进行探讨。首先,从传统评价范式难点与制约视角出发,指出促进性目的难以转 变、针对性内容难以落实、过程性方法难以兼容以及客观性标准难以提升是新范式确立的必要缘 由。其次,从评价范式转换与生成视角出发,分析实习教师表现性评价特征、体育教育实习评价 实践要求,以及二者耦合对学生中心、产出导向和持续改进的价值效益,为新范式确立提供合理 指向。最后,秉持理论研究向实践行动转向原则,从目标定位、基本原则与内容结构 3 个维度, 对新范式如何转化设计并落地推进的行动方案进行阐述。实习教师表现性评价在评价体育实习生 实践表现的同时能够更好促进其专业发展,这对于更新与改进我国现有体育教育实习评价方式, 调整与优化我国体育教育实习培养方案,以及保障与提高我国体育教师教育培养质量等都具有重 要意义和实践价值。 关 键 词:学校体育;体育教师教育;体育教育实习评价;体育教师预备者;实习教师表现性评价 中图分类号:G807 文献标志码:A 文章编号:1006-7116(2022)06-0118-09 |

(School of Physical Education and Health,East China Normal University,Shanghai 200241,China) Abstract: Following the logical thinking of explaining the reasons in the tradition and developing the methods in the reconstruction, this study is to discuss the paradigm for internship teachers’ performance evaluation of physical education in China. First, from the perspective of difficulties and constraints in the traditional evaluation paradigm, it is pointed out that the promotion purpose is difficult to change, the targeted content is difficult to implement, the procedural method is difficult to be compatible, and the objective standard is difficult in improving, maybe the necessary reasons for the establishment of the new paradigm. Then, from the perspective of the transformation and generation of the evaluation paradigm, it analyzes the performance evaluation characteristics of internship teachers, the practical requirements of physical education practice evaluation, and their coupling effects on student-centered, output-oriented and the value benefit of continuous improvement provides a reasonable orientation for establishing the new paradigm. Finally, upholding the principle of turning theoretical research into practical action, from the three dimensions of target positioning, basic principles and content structure, how to transform the new paradigm into design and the action plan for implementation will be explained. The performance evaluation of internship teachers can better promote their professional development while evaluating the practical performance of physical education interns, which is of great significance and value to update and upgrade the present practice evaluation means of physical education, to adjust and optimize the intern cultivation plan of physical education, as well as to guarantee and improve the quality of education and cultivation of physical education teachers in China.
