(中国矿业大学(北京) 体育教研部,北京 100083) 摘 要:采用专家访谈与文献资料法,对我国学校体育发展的主要问题和新时代体育政策的 治理逻辑进行分析,并对比分析英国、德国和日本学校体育发展的规律。研究认为:英国、德国 和日本采用“运动项目中心化”发展策略,即在国家体育整体规划的实施过程中,政府以不同运 动项目发展为中心线安排相关工作,实现了运动项目纵向系统化发展的一种发展策略。提出新时 代我国学校体育应当借鉴国外“运动项目中心化”的经验,围绕运动项目的发展,从体育系统参 与一体化课程建设入手,通过项目分类赛事助推体教融合、构建学校体育生态圈和大数据平台, 最终实现学校体育的良性发展。 关 键 词:学校体育;运动项目中心化;体教融合;一体化课程 中图分类号:G807 文献标志码:A 文章编号:1006-7116(2022)03-0096-07 |

(Department of Physical Education,China University of Mining Technology-Beijing,Beijing 100083,China) Abstract: Using the methods of expert interview and literature, this paper analyzes the main problems of school physical education development in China and the governance logic of sports policy under the new era, and compares and analyzes the law of school physical education development in United Kingdom, Germany and Japan. It is considered that they have adopted the "sports program centralization development strategy", that is, in the implementation process of the overall national sports planning, the government arranges relevant work around the needs of the development of different sports programs, and realizes a development strategy of vertical and systematic development of sports. It is proposed that China's school physical education in the new era should learn from the experience of foreign "sports program centralization", and focus on the development of sports projects, starts with the participation of the sports system in the integrated curriculum construction, promoting the integration of physical education and cultural education through program classification events, building the school physical education ecosystem and big data platform, and finally realizing the benign development of school sports.
