(1.华东师范大学 体育与健康学院暨上海市高校“立德树人”人文社会科学重点研究基地 摘 要:采用文献资料、专家访谈、走访调查、逻辑分析等方法,分析太极拳存在的主要问题,从理论上提出“健身养生太极拳”这一区分竞技、传统太极拳的概念及健身养生太极拳的技术标准,建立起“功法—单式—套路—健康推手”这一符合健身养生要求的技术体系。最后针对太极拳健身养生存在的相关问题,提出建议包括练拳时应基于生理特点,遵循静、动态技术的特点及运动规律;优化实施路径,固定培养教练模式、分站式针对性教学。 |

Finally, in view of the existing problems of Fitness and Health of Tai Chi, the following countermeasures are proposed: the practice of Tai Chi should be based on physiological characteristics, following the characteristics of static and dynamic techniques and the law of movement; optimizing the implementation path, fixing the teaching and training mode and adopting the sub-station targeted teaching. |
