教师资格证“国考”下地方院校体育教育专业人才培养研究

摘 要：教师资格证是从事教师职业的必备证书，地方院校师范专业须改革人才培养路径方 能更好地应对教师资格证“国考”提出的新挑战和新要求。盐城师范学院体育学院优化体育教育 专业人才培养模式，并取得了一定的成效。采取的路径有：围绕“国考线、技能线、考编考研线” 设置课程，增加教师教育类课程，多维度开展“渗透式”教育见习，突出学生教育教学和教育实 践技能培养；依据“国考”要求修订课程教学大纲，建立“三不两直”平时巡查+期末教考分离 课程考核机制,以提高学生“国考”应对能力；优化课程群师资配备，并实行“一条龙”包干制、 横向化、“国考化”教学,以提高学生掌握和运用知识的能力；实行兼职班主任+专项课教师协同的 班级管理模式,以加强学生备考督促与引导。

Abstract: The teacher qualification certificate is a prerequisite for the teaching profession. It is necessary for local  colleges and universities to reform for new approaches to cultivating professional teachers in response to the new  challenges and requirements of the National Teacher Qualification Certificate Examination. The school of physical  education of Yancheng Teachers University has tried to optimize the training model of physical education  professionals by taking some measures as follows: Designing courses around the national examination, physical  education skills and the postgraduate entrance examination with teacher education courses added and “infiltration”  education apprentice practice carried out in multiple dimensions to highlight training students’ education and  teaching practice skills; revising the curriculum syllabus based on the requirements of the national examination by  establishing a course assessment mechanism of “Three No and Two Straight” regular inspection plus final  examination that separates teaching from examinations” to improve students’ ability to respond to the national  examination; optimizing the teaching staff for the courses by means of implementing the “through-train” system and  the horizontal-and-national-examination-based teaching to improve students’ ability to master and use knowledge;  implementing a collaborative class management model between the part-time class supervisors and the specialized  course teachers to strengthen the supervision and guidance of students’ preparation for the examination.
