(1.广西师范大学 体育学院,广西 桂林 541004;2.华中师范大学 体育学院,湖北 武汉 430079) 摘 要:体育中考的高分政策在于解决参加体育锻炼与升学考试之间的矛盾,但在体育中考执行中存有问题。采用文献资料及逻辑分析等方法并借助利益相关者理论,探讨体育中考中的执行现状及实施对策。研究认为,中央政府、地方教育行政部门、学校、体育教师、学生、家长是推动体育中考政策改变的利益主体。政策调整受各利益主体行为的影响,考什么教什么导致体育教师运动技能的退化,急功近利地追求成绩引致兴奋剂进入校园,体育中考内容的缺陷造成运动技能教学的碎片化。应完善体育中考的监督机制、构建小学与初中相互衔接的运动技能考试内容、制定完善的考试制度等。

(1.School of Physical Education,Guangxi Normal University,Guillin 541004,China; Abstract: The high score policy for the high school physical education entrance examination aims at solving the contradiction between participating physical exercise and the entrance examination, but has some problems in high school physical education entrance examination execution. By using methods such as literature data and logic analysis, with the help of the stakeholder theory, the authors probed into high school physical education entrance examination execution status and implementation countermeasures, and concluded the followings: the central gov-ernment, local education administrative departments, schools, physical education teachers, students and parents are the main bodies of interest for boosting the changing of high school physical education entrance examination policies; policy adjustment is affected by the behaviors of various main bodies of interest, teaching only what to be examined has caused problems such as the degeneration of the teachers’ sports skills, the entering of dopes into the campus as a result of score pursuing in a quick success seeking way, and the fermentation of sports skill teaching caused by defects in high school physical education entrance examination contents. We should perfect the high school physical education entrance examination supervision mechanism, establish elementary and junior high school mutually con-nected sports skill examination contents, and build a perfected examination system, etc.
