(呼伦贝尔学院 体育学院,内蒙古 呼伦贝尔 021008) 摘 要:美国国家运动与体育教育协会设计了旨在促进体育教师专业发展的评价工具。这套评价工具依据相关评价原理设计而成,对幼儿园至高中阶段的体育教师乃至校长、学区课程专家、高等院校体育教师教育项目都具有独特的价值。从操作过程来看,这套评价工具包括自我评价阶段、外部评价阶段、结果处理阶段和督导改进阶段;从指标体系来看,这套评价工具由教学、学生学习证明、管理(组织)、学习气氛及专业主义5个维度67项指标构成。这套评价工具说明,体育教师专业发展评价不仅要秉持协商评价的理念,而且要确立教育性评价的取向,更要设计完整、系统的指标体系。 |

(School of Physical Education,Hulunbeir College,Hulunbeir 021008,China) Abstract: US National Association for Sport and Physical Education designed a set of evaluation tools aiming at promot-ing physical education teacher professional development. This set of evaluation tools were designed based on related evaluation principles, having a unique value for physical education teachers and principals at stages ranging from kinder-garten to high school, school district curriculum experts, and university physical education teacher education programs. From the perspective of operating processes, this set of evaluation tools include self evaluation stage, external evaluation stage, result processing stage and improvement supervision stage; from the perspective of the index system, this set of evaluation tools consists of 67 indexes in such 5 dimensions as teaching, student learning proof, management/organization, learning atmosphere and professionalism. Inspirations from this set of evaluation tools to us are as follows: for evaluating physical education teacher professional development should not only adhere to the idea of bargaining evaluation, but also establish the orientation of educational evaluation, moreover, design a complete, systematic index system. |
