So far since the 1970s, teaching experiments done by this school have showed the following characteristics of development: from “turning extracurricular sports into a curriculum” to “integrating extracurricular sports”, from “focusing on training” to “focusing on independent exercising ability”, form “textbooks which have a good fit keeping effect and can be easily implemented” to “turning movement cultural sports into textbooks”, from “imple-menting fitness enhancing methods” to “turning fitness enhancing methods and principles into teaching contents”, from “reception style way of learning” to “experience style way of learning”, having importance reference for and inspirations to physical education teaching reform nowadays. |
