(华南师范大学 体育科学学院,广东 广州 510006) 摘 要:运用文献研究法梳理“扬州会议”的历史功绩,回顾“扬州会议”并思考学校体育的发展方向,认为“扬州会议”摆正了学校体育在教育中的位置,推动教学秩序的恢复与重建;明确了学校体育的任务,促进“体质教育”思想的发展与成熟;建立了行之有效的规则制度,推进学校体育的规范化、法制化建设步伐;配合全国青少年儿童体质健康调研,推动着学校体育卫生决策的科学化进程。当前和今后一段时期,学校体育的工作重点仍然应该坚持“健康第一”的指导思想,以增强学生体质为基本目标,努力解决青少年学生体质健康水平下降的问题。 |

(School of Physical Education,South China Normal University,Guangzhou 510006,China) Abstract: By using the literature research method, the authors collated the historical feats of “the Yangzhou Meet-ing”, reviewed “the Yangzhou Meeting”, thought about the direction of development of school physical education, and put forward the following opinions: “the Yangzhou Meeting” had corrected the position of school physical edu-cation in education, facilitated the recovery and reconstruction of teaching orders, specified the tasks of school physical education, promoted the development and maturity of the idea of “fitness education”, established practi-cally effective rules and regulations, boosted the standardization of school physical education and the pace of legal construction, assisted national children fitness research, and driven the progress of scientization of sanitation deci-sions making for school physical education; at present and in a certain period henceforward, the key job of school physical education should still be striving to solve the problem of teenage student fitness deterioration by sticking to the “health first” guiding ideology and by basing the basic objective on enhancing student fitness. |
