(1.华南师范大学 体育科学学院,广东 广州 510006;2.西安体育学院 游泳教研室,陕西 西安 710068) 摘 要:利用游泳接力反馈仪对在游泳接力出发中以头部和手臂结合的视觉认知判断模式和单一的手臂判断模式进行实验对比研究。研究发现头部和手臂结合的视觉认知判断模式能更有效地缩短游泳接力接跳耗时,且犯规率更低,技术稳定性高。将头部和手臂结合的视觉认知判断模式应用于陕西游泳队第11届全运会决赛前的训练,有效缩短了运动员间的接跳时间,反映出该训练方法对游泳接力出发训练的可行性和有效性。 |

(1.School of Physical Education,South China Normal University,Guangzhou 510006,China;2.Faculty of Physical Education,Xi’an Physical Education University,Xi’an 710068,China) Abstract: By utilizing a swimming relay feedback instrument, the authors did a comparative study of the pattern of visual perception and judgment by using both the head and arms and the pattern of judgment by using just the arms at swimming relay takeoffs, and found that the pattern of visual perception and judgment by using both the head and arms can more effectively shorten the times taken at swimming relay takeoffs, and produce a lower foul rate and higher technical stability. The pattern of visual perception and judgment by using both the head and arms was ap-plied to the training before finals in the 11th National Games by the Shanxi swimming team, and effectively short-ened the times taken at relay takeoffs between the swimmers, which reflects that this training method is feasible and effective for swimming relay takeoff training. |
