| （1.上海政法学院 刑事司法学院，上海 201701；2.上海政法学院 体育法学研究中心，上海 201701） 摘 要：以体育法治全球化何以可能着手，对反兴奋剂法治的全球化和国际体育仲裁实践两个体育法治全球化的典型例证进行考察，并针对两者进行法理分析。研究认为世界反兴奋剂法治和国际体育仲裁实践直接推动了体育法治全球化的发展；体育法治全球化将催生全球体育法治体系，这一体系已经演变成一种新的全球法律治理模式，并将为其它领域的国际法律和司法制度发展提供重要的范例。 |

| （1.Department of Criminal Justice，Shanghai University of Political Sciences and Law，Shanghai 201701，China；2.Sports Law Center，Shanghai University of Political Sciences and Law，Shanghai 201701，China） Abstract: Starting with how sport law globalization becomes possible, the author examined such two cases of sports law globalization as anti-doping law globalization and international sport arbitration practice, carried out a jurispruden-tial analysis on these two cases, and put forward the following opinions: world anti-doping law and international sport arbitration practice have directly boosted the development of sport law globalization; sport law globalization will expe-dite the birth of a global sport law system, which will evolve into a new legal government mode, and provide an impor-tant example for the development of international laws and judicial systems in other areas. |
