The organizers and practicers of college physical education in Germany are college sports committees, which established basic rules and regulations according to their own circumstances, provided teachers, students and sports lovers with stadiums and training for physical exercising by fully utilizing scholastic and governmental resources, and ensured that college sports were carried out effectively within legal networks. |
