By using a measurement form, the authors tested 242 female junior high school students, and revealed the following findings: creating a physical education class atmosphere of independent support is provided with a significant meaning; the sense of in-dependent support can boost the development of independent motives (intrinsic motive and recognition adjustment), thus promoting student’s will for extracurricular exercising. |
