(华南师范大学 体育科学学院,广东 广州 510006) 摘 要:通过对前人界定的我国体育概念分析,认为:我国的体育就是为更好地实现运动价值,而不断提高或展现运动水平的文化活动。“为更好地实现运动价值,而不断提高或展现运动水平”则是体育的本质内涵,是体育手段发展的总体要求,也是体育发展的内在动力和机制,也是体育能够有独自研究对象而独立存在并能够成为科学的关键所在。体育是文化活动,是把思想、习惯、道德、智慧、意志、知识、技术等运动化,并使其通过不断提高和展现运动水平表达出来的一种文化活动。 |

(School of Physical Education,South China Normal University,Guangzhou 510006,China) Abstract: By analyzing the concept of physical education defined by predecessors, the author put forward the fol-lowing opinions: physical education in China is a cultural activity to constantly improve or present sports perform-ance in order to better realize sports value; “to constantly improve or present sports performance in order to better realize sports value” is the essential connotation of physical education, the overall requirement for sports means de-velopment, also the intrinsic power and mechanism of sports development, also the key to that physical education is able to have independent research subjects, to exist independently, and to become a science; physical education is a cultural activity that turns thoughts, habits, ethics, wisdom, will, knowledge and technologies into sport, and ex-pressed by constantly improving and presenting sports performance. |
