专业化进程中体育教师文化素养的修炼

摘      要：结合教师专业化发展要求，分析了体育教师文化素养的重要性，认为体育教师文化素养可以通过内练与外展两方面进行修炼。其中“内练”包括完善品格、丰富知识、把握前沿、反思创新等；“外展”主要表现在教学实践中贯穿人文知识、融入人文精神、凸显教学理性等。

Abstract: According to the requirements for the development of professionalization of physical education teachers, the author analyzed the importance of the cultural makings of physical education teachers, and thought that the cul-tural makings of physical education teachers can be refined through internal refinement and external development, in which the internal refinement enables physical education teachers to perfect their characters, enrich their knowl-edge, keeps up with cutting edge developments, and retrospect innovations, while the external development is mainly embodied in promoting humanistic knowledge, blending in humanistic spirit and highlighting teaching ra-tionality in the practice of teaching.
