(1.华东师范大学 体育与健康学院,上海 200241;2.杭州师范大学 体育与健康学院,浙江 杭州 310012) 摘 要:对浙江省150位中学体育教师专业自主现状进行了调查与分析。结果表明:(1)体育教师专业自主意识较强,但专业自主能力有待提高,专业自主发展动力不足,教师期望的专业自主发展途径比较现实。(2)影响体育教师专业自主的因素依次是:教师发展条件、学校办学理念、社会认同、教育主管部门的管理和教师自身属性。 |

(1.School of Physical Education and Health,East China Normal University,Shanghai 200241,China;2.School of Physical Education and Health,Hangzhou Normal University,Hangzhou 310012,China) Abstract: The authors investigated and analyzed the current state of professional independence of 150 physical education teachers in middle schools in Zhejiang province, and revealed the following findings: the awareness of professional independence of the physical education teachers is relatively strong, however, their ability for profes-sional independence need to be enhanced, their motive power for the development of professional independence is insufficient, and the ways they expected for the development of professional independence are relatively practical; 2) factors that affect professional independence of the physical education teachers are in turn conditions for teacher development, school’s education running conceptions, social recognition, management by education departments in charge and teacher’s own attributes. |
