| （深圳职业技术学院 体育部，广东 深圳 518055） 摘 要：通过比较中日两国残疾人体育组织管理体系的差异，得到如下启示：中国残奥中心必须划入我国群众体育的管理体系，以此实现残疾人体育融入大众体育；残奥中心的工作需从筹办残奥会转移到发展残疾人群众体育事业上来；成立相关机构以加快残疾人体育指导员的培养；通过建立大型的地域性综合体育俱乐部来实现残疾人体育与健常人体育共同发展，这是残疾人体育发展的必由之路。 |

| （Department of Physical Education，Shenzhen Polytechnic，Shenzhen 518055，China） Abstract: By comparing differences in Chinese and Japanese handicapped sport organization management systems, the author derived the following inspirations: the Handicapped Olympic Center of China must be brought into the mass sport management system in China, so as to blend handicapped sports into mass sport; the job of the Handi-capped Olympic Center needs to be shifted from preparing for Olympic Games to developing the handicapped mass sports undertaking; related institutions should be established to speed up the cultivation of handicapped sport in-structors; the joint development of handicapped sport and normal sport should be realized by means of establishing large regional comprehensive sport clubs, which is the inevitable way to the development of handicapped sport. |
