(武汉理工大学 体育部,湖北 武汉 430070) 摘 要:“体教结合”和“教体结合”,看似相同,其实内涵截然不同,它们决定着我国竞技体育后备人才培养的两种机制。当前推行的“教体结合”是在“体教结合”未能实现其既定目标的情形下提出来的,“教体结合”后备人才培养机制是时代发展的必然趋势,必将引导我国竞技体育后备人才培养由传统的“教体分离”模式向完全依托教育系统培养的全新机制转变。 |

(Department of Physical Educalion,Wuhan University of Technology,Wuhan 430070,China) Abstract: “Combining sports with education” and “combining education with sports” look like two identical con-cepts, but actually their connotations are totally different. They determine two types of mechanisms for the cultiva-tion of backup talents for competitive sport in China. “Combining education with sports” currently implemented is put forward on the realistic basis that “combining sports with education” has failed to realize its set objectives. The backup talent cultivation mechanism that “combines education with sports” is the inevitable trend of time develop-ment, will surely lead to the change of the cultivation of backup talents for competitive sport in China from the tra-ditional “education and sports separated” mode into a brand new mechanism that completely relies on the cultiva-tion carried out by education systems. |
