| （华南理工大学 体育学院，广东 广州 510641） 摘 要：中国足球俱乐部与中国足协的博弈由来已久，有着深层的利益诉求、制度背景和政治文化，中国足球必须积极探索治理路径，实现可持续发展。中国足协与足球俱乐部博弈的要因包括：利益失衡。足协政绩饥渴与俱乐部资本诉求的矛盾；制度缺陷，足协高度集权与俱乐部权利萎缩的不和谐；责任推诿。足协监管不力与俱乐部利益短视的恶果。面对中国足协与足球俱乐部博弈，中国足协与足球俱乐部必须要协商合作，寻求中国足球民意表达与利益平衡的新路径；中国足协要通过协同治理，确立中国足球治理新模式，实现中国足协与足球俱乐部的和谐发展。 |

| （School of Physical Education，South China University of Technology，Guangzhou 510641，China） Abstract: The gaming between China Football Association and football clubs in China has occurred for a long time, containing profound interest need, institutional background and political culture. We must actively explore a way of management to realize the sustainable development of football in China. The main causes for the gaming between the China Football Association and football clubs in China include the followings: interest unbalance: the conflict between China Football Association’s thirst for achievements and football clubs’ need for capital; institutional de-fect: the disharmony between China Football Association’s high degree centralization of power and football clubs’ right shrinkage; responsibility dodging: the bad result of the inadequate supervision of China Football Association and the interest short sight of football clubs in China. Facing the gaming between China Football Association and football clubs in China, China Football Association must friendly cooperate with football clubs in China, and seek for a new way to balance the will of football fans in China and the interests; China Football Association should, by means of cooperative management, establish a new mode of management for football in China, and realize the har-monious development of China Football Association and football clubs in China. |
