| （1.哈尔滨师范大学 体育科学学院，黑龙江 哈尔滨 150080；2.黑龙江科技学院 体育部，黑龙江 哈尔滨 150027） 摘 要：根据《全国普通高等学校体育教育本科专业课程方案》教学要求和落实体育与健康标准中的国家、地方、校本三级课程管理培养体育教学人才要求，对东北地区高校体育专业开设冬季户外运动课程进行探讨。冬季户外运动课程是一门充分利用地域特点的具有地域特色的课程，包括冰雪运动、冰雪游戏、冬季拓展运动等内容，有助于学生提高身心素质，形成冬季户外运动基本技能。建议有条件的学校开设冬季户外运动体育课程。 |

| （1.School of Physical Education，Harbin Normal University，Harbin l50080，China；2.Department of Physical Education，Heilongjiang Institute of Science and Technology，Harbin 150027，China） Abstract: According to the teaching requirements of the Curriculum Program for the Regular Physical Education Major of Common Institutes of Higher Learning in China and the need to implement the Physical Education and Health Standard in national, local and scholastic curriculum management and physical education teacher cultivation, the authors probed into the opening of a winter outdoor sports course for the physical education major of institutes of higher learning in the northeast region. This winter outdoor sports course is a regional characteristic fully utilized and regional feature packed course, including such contents as ice and snow based sports, ice and snow based games, and extended winter sports, and helpful for students to enhance their physical and mental capacities and to form basic skills for winter outdoor sports. The authors suggested that institutes provided with related conditions open a winter outdoor sports course. |
