民族传统体育的传承与发展道路探析

摘      要：对民族传统体育发展历史与现状进行分析，认为：民族传统体育的发展应借鉴中国改革开放30年来的成功经验，以民族传统体育文化为根基，兼容世界其他体育文化精髓，对民族传统体育进行深刻的批判与更新，走中国特色的民族传统体育发展道路。

Abstract: The author analyzed the history and current state of the development of traditional national sports, and put forward the following opinions: for the development of traditional national sports, we should refer to the suc-cessful experiences gained by China in 30-year reform and opening, make in-depth criticisms and renovations on traditional national sports by basing its root on traditional national sports culture and absorbing the essence of other sports cultures in the world, and walk the way to the development of traditional national sports with Chinese fea-tures.
