(昌吉学院 体育系,新疆 昌吉 831100) 摘 要:体育教师职业倦怠是指体育教师因本职工作长期得不到学校及社会应有的尊重和支持,缺乏成就感而产生的厌烦冷漠情感及相应的行为表现。研究认为缺乏职业自豪感、新课改带来的压力、对体育课意外伤害事故的惧怕、对体育课程的性质缺乏正确的认识、体育学科理论建设缺乏独立性是中学体育教师产生职业倦怠的根源。中学体育教师应坚定职业信念、加强专业学习克服各种内外不利因素的影响,才能减少甚至杜绝职业倦怠的产生。 |

(Department of Physical Education,Changji Institute,Changji 831100,China) Abstract: Occupational languidness of physical education teachers refers to a sense of tiresome and indifference as well as its corresponding behaviors produced among physical education teachers due to the lack of the sense of suc-cessfulness since their duty jobs are not duly respected and supported by the school and society for a long time. The author concluded that the lack of occupational pride, pressure brought by new curriculum reform, fear about acci-dental injury incidents occurred in physical education classes, the lack of correct understanding of the nature of physical education curriculum, and the lack of independency in the construction of disciplinary theories of physical education, are the root causes for occupational languidness of physical education teachers in middle schools. In or-der to reduce or even eliminate the occurrence of occupational languidness, physical education teachers in middle schools should solidify their occupational belief, strengthen the learning of specialized knowledge, and overcome the effect of various internal and external adverse factors. |
