| （深圳职业技术学院 体育部，广东 深圳 518055） 摘 要：以中国的伦理思想和传统哲学来阐析人与箭之关系，射箭中蕴含着无意识的“无为而治”、“无技之技”、“无艺之艺”等哲理，可以培养人的意念、忘我、无求、超越等思辨能力。弓箭不仅仅是一种勇武的运动方式，而且是颇具人文教化功能，与中国古代社会的民俗文化、伦理思想、传统哲学以及人的思维方式息息相关的传统体育文化。其中所蕴涵的哲理，可为提高当前我国射箭运动水平提供借鉴。 |

| (Department of Physical Education，Shenzhen Polytechnic，Shenzhen 518055，China) Abstract: The author dissected the relation between man and arrow by means of Chinese ethical ideology and tradi-tional philosophy. Archery contains such philosophies as unconscious “act absent acts”, “skill absent skills” and “technique absent techniques”, which can cultivate such dialectic capacities of human beings as being perceptive, being selfless, being moderate and being exceeding. Archery is not only a valorous sports means, but also a tradi-tional sports culture that is provided with the functions of humanistic education and closely related to the folk cul-ture, ethical ideology and traditional philosophy of the ancient Chinese society as well as human thinking manners. Philosophies contained in archery can provide a reference for enhancing the performance of archery in China. |
