(上海体育学院1.体育教育系;2.体育社会系,上海 200438) 摘 要:以上海市两所辅读学校智障学生为研究对象,主要用实验法,经过2年的研究表明,强化智障学生不同肢体的体育训练或体育活动,是神经系统交互控制功能运作过程中产生左、右脑功能协同发展后迁移效果的外在反映,对于智障学生运动技能和身体素质的提高、肢体运动能力缺陷的补偿以及不良行为的矫正有显著作用。 |

Department of Physical Education;2.Department of Sports Sociology,Shanghai University of Sport,Shanghai 200438,China) Abstract: Basing their study subject on retarded students in two tutorial schools in Shanghai, and mainly using ex-periment methods, the author conducted the experiment for two years, and revealed the following findings: intensi-fying physical training or physical activities of different limbs of retarded students is the external reflection of coor-dinated development of left and right brain functions produced in the process of exertion of interactive control func-tions of the nervous system, having a significant effect on the enhancement of moving skill and physical capacity of retarded students, the compensation for defects in limb moving ability, and the correction of bad behaviors. |
