Through analyzing the current situation of legal relief for infringement of the Olympic logo in China, the author found some problems ex-isting therein, and put forward the following ways to perfect legal relief for infringement of the Olympic logo in China: Complete the legislative system for protecting the Olympic logo; prefect corresponding contents of laws and legislations; prefect corresponding law executing procedures and establish a mechanism for coordinating law execu-tion by various departments; enhance the efficiency of juridical relief for infringement of the Olympic logo. |
